Spinach Artichoke Sauce/Dressing

This sauce is perfect for a raw till 4 diet. There is no oil added, no fat in any of the ingredients and only the artichoke is cooked. It is so easy to make and involves no preparation. Just throw all the ingredients into the blender and you’re good to go!
I love this sauce over zoodles, but it can be used with noodles or used as a salad dressing! When I make it at home, I top my zoodles with a few nutritional yeast flakes and some sun flower seeds

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 lemon
  2. 5 cooked artichoke hearts
  3. 2 cups of raw spinach
  4. 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  5. 1 cup water/water from artichokes
  6. 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
Instructions
  1. Peel the lemon
  2. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until completely smooth.
Notes
  1. This recipe goes great over noodles, zoodles or salad.
